Leadership

The third buzz word for being a successful entrepreneur is to be a good leader. An entrepreneur cannot work alone for his goals to be successful. Beat the Competition: As an employee, you need to remain competitive always if you want to increase your compensation or get promotions. This, in turn, can create cold war with other employees at the work place, disrupting the relations. But as an entrepreneur, you need to compete with other competitors in the market.  This is why continued education in marketing, mind set, posture and recruiting are crucial for the success a home based business.
